  • Cancellation two weeks or more prior to first in-person course date: If a request to cancel a hybrid training registration is received two weeks or more prior to the first in-person course date and no online work has been completed, a $25 processing fee will be charged and the remaining tuition will be refunded. If online work has been completed, no refunds will be given.
    • Cancellation less than two weeks prior to first in-person course date: If a registrant cancels less than two weeks prior to the first in-person course date and no online work has been completed, the registrant forfeits 50% of the course package fee and the remaining tuition will be refunded. If online work has been completed, no refunds will be given.
    • Failure to complete online course(s): If a registrant doesn't complete online coursework by the assigned due date, the registrant forfeits the entire course package fee and cannot attend the in-person training for credit. Extensions cannot be purchased for online courses that are part of a hybrid course package.
